We offer free shipping on all swimming pool packages and accessories throughout the Continential United States. A $9.95 handling charge is applied to all orders. We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii please call 1-800-986-0748 for a quote.

When you order one of our products over the phone or via the internet, you are agreeing that you have read, understand, and agree to our Shipping & Return policy.

Spas, in-ground pools, installed above ground pools and installed pool tables are customized productsNo refunds are allowed. No returns are allowed.

*Curbside Delivery

*Your residence or business must be accessible by a tractor-trailer.

Residential deliveries arrive on a 47′ tractor-trailer.

We pay shipping charges in advance. You are not required to pay any additional shipping charges at the time of delivery. The freight company is not required to take the product(s) off the truck nor to move the product(s) to your desired location.

The freight company will contact you before they deliver your product(s). Please plan ahead to arrange means of getting the product(s) off the truck and to your desired location.

Most of our swimming pool packages require 2 individuals present at delivery time to get the product off the truck and moved to your desired location. It is recommended that 4 to 6 individuals are present at delivery time for receiving hot tubs.

Your other option is to request a hydraulic liftgate truck to unload your product(s). The fees for this additional service range from $60 to $130, depending on the freight company. You can arrange for and purchase this additional service when you place your order with us to ensure a smoother delivery. (PLEASE ASK YOUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR A PRICE QUOTE IF YOU WANT THIS ADDITIONAL SERVICE.)

Please be aware that even with this service, you will still need 2 to 6 people to move the product(s) from the curb to your desired location.

Receiving Freight: Clear Delivery

Receiving freight can be as easy as sending it if you follow a few steps:

  • Stay in contact with your supplier to find out when your shipment was shipped, what carrier it was given to, and an approximate arrival date.
  • When the shipment is delivered, inspect it immediately for obvious signs of damage.
  • Compare the number of shipping units received to the number listed on the delivery receipt.
  • Sign the delivery receipt.

The driver will help you receive your shipment and answer your questions.

While the driver is there, compare the pieces of freight you are receiving to the delivery receipt. If condition and quantity of your freight is acceptable, the driver will ask you to sign the delivery receipt. The driver will give you a copy, and take the original signed copy with him/her (as proof of delivery) for his/her employer’s records.

A signed delivery receipt with no exceptions, is called a “clear delivery.” Clear deliveries mean that there were no shortages or visible damage at the time of delivery.

Attention: Above Ground Pool Customers

The picture below shows how your pool should be delivered to you (there may be multiple pallets, depending on the pool package you purchased). It should be completely wrapped with the packing list attached, as shown.

If your pool pallet(s) are not wrapped in shrink wrap or look like they might have been re-wrapped at the terminal when your carrier delivers it, please contact your sales representative immediately.

It is very important that the buyer follows the delivery procedure described above. If the buyer determines that all or a portion of the merchandise has been damaged, the buyer must refuse to accept the shipment or note the exact damages on the freight bill and replacement parts will be sent. Any damaged parts that are not noted at the time of receipt by the buyer will be replaced at the buyer’s cost (including shipping costs).

We offer concealed damage (hidden damage that could only have occurred during shipping and which was not visible during delivery inspection) shipping insurance at a nominal cost on pools, spas, and pool tables. Shipping insurance is mandatory on all tanning bulb purchases.

Shipping insurance covers the replacement of damaged parts only, not the entire item. If the buyer chooses not to purchase shipping insurance at the time of purchase, all replacement items and associated shipping costs will be paid for by the buyer. Shipping insurance cannot be purchased after the item has been delivered.

Any items that are incorrect or missing from your shipment must be reported within 10 calendar days of delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect any product to ensure nothing is incorrect or missing before beginning installation. Missing or incorrect parts reported within the timeframe stated above will be shipped by UPS ground or freight carrier (whichever applies). If the buyer wants the missing or incorrect parts that can be sent via UPS overnighted or 2-day aired, the customer will have to pay the applicable costs for those services.

Returns will be accepted only up to 10 calendar days after the buyer signs for delivery and only under the condition that the buyer arranges for shipping back to Nationwide Pools and pays all applicable shipping charges to and from Nationwide Pools.

The buyer must call before returning merchandise or to cancel an order. All returns are subject to credit minus shipping charges, only after inspection of returned merchandise by Nationwide Pools. All returned merchandise will be subject to a 15-25% restocking fee due to depreciation. Cancellations that have already been shipped will be treated as a return.

  • Our spas are custom-built and are NON-RETURNABLE!
  • Our spa covers are NON-RETURNABLE!
  • NO refunds will be given on installed pool tables!
  • NO refunds will be given on installed swimming pools.
